Precious and Golden

The cheery brightness of this photo is so inspiring! I just learned how to upload my photos to this blog using Flickr. This drew my eye, as I hope it draws yours. The plant was a friend's gift to my mom for her birthday last October.

Early this year I took a series of flower macros with my Canon Powershot G5. You'll be seeing some of them from time to time in this blog.

Hi Mona (I still have to get used to referring to you this way!)

I found your site through my list of referring web pages at Prada Mama, and was immediately intrigued when I saw the "Rima" link. I hardly get to see THAT name anymore!

Thanks for linking me up. I will add this blog to my links as well. Coincidentally, I recently mentioned a chance encounter we had at the "Giselle" performance in CCP during our freshman year. It was a post for my Mother's birthday, dated around April 14. I wonder if you still remember the incident.

How are your parents? And Joanna? Are those your kids in your Flickr photos?

Take care, Pommie. Bet you haven't been called THAT in a while! ;)

Cheers!

Thanks, Rima!

It's amazing how you can remember that Giselle performance all those years ago!

My parents are fine. I'm still single - the photo Chime Sison is my baby niece (looking very much like me!) and the photos Max Eder are the portraits I took of Lillian Rosales-Eder's eldest son. The other Flickr photos I took with my trusty digital camera.

Joy is married to Tristan Abara, and she is presently expecting her first kid (5 months along the way).

Anyway I enjoy reading your Prada Mama chronicle :)
I have an old website containing my creative work (static) which is not a blog, but I want to convert it into one. I also want to make a blog about my years in Australia (memoir stuff).

Blogging's fun! Now why did I only learn this now!

Thanks for visiting!

Thanks, Marianne! Am not a professional photographer, I just have an easy to use digital camera, and I love playing with it. I need to practice more, though :)
